Cheats in The Sims 4 are a way of life, whether you need to gain a skill for a promotion or aspiration, sometimes cheating your way to success is just as fun as original gameplay. If fitness is your priority, read here and get all the Fitness cheats in The Sims 4.

Before using any cheats in The Sims 4, you must enable them first.
For PC, press CTRL + Shift + C
For Mac users, Command + Shift +C
For console, press in all four triggers
This will bring up the cheat box, then type in ‘testingcheats on’ to enable cheats in your game.

In the cheat box input the following cheat to max out the fitness skill:
stats.set_skill_level skill_fitness #
Replace the hashtag with the skill rank you wish to achieve. For example, if you want to max out the skill to level ten type:
stats.set_skill_level skill_fitness 10
 

You can also adjust your body type through gameplay, by purchasing from the rewards store in return for aspiration points. Save up satisfaction points by either completing the whims or aspirations of your sim.
Once you have 750 points you can purchase the Insta-large or Insta-lean reward to instantly achieve a lean or large appearance.  This will only affect the appearance of your sim’s weight, however, not their fitness level.
To cheat yourself some free satisfaction points to purchase whichever rewards you like from the store, you can also use the following cheat:
sims.give_satisfaction_points (number of points you want)
