Northwest Personal Training is looking for 50 volunteers to participate in a free, four-week fitness and training study. Participants will be assigned to a private training or group training protocol based on interests and goals.
All participants are required to meet a number of program expectations including: not currently exercising regularly, working as a business professional, being able to commit to at least two days per week to meet with a personal trainer, and consenting to results being used in an analysis of a Workplace Wellness Program.
The goal of the study is to measure if business professionals working with a personal trainer experience significant improvements in weight loss, overall fitness, stress reduction and workplace productivity, according to a press release.
