In the snap Olly is looking down at the floor with his hair slicked back off his face.
But the most impressive part is that he's rocking just a pair black Calvin Klein pants with his chiselled abs and muscular arms on display.
It comes after Olly revealed that girlfriend of two years Amelia inspired him to get into the best shape of his life.
The pair went on their first date back in 2019 and have been inseparable ever since.
While on a holiday in Bali 2020, the Troublemaker singer asked her to move in with him, not knowing that they'd go into lockdown two weeks later.
But with plenty of time to work on themselves, and even making a hilarious TikTok video about lockdown weight gain, Olly decided to shed some of the extra pounds he had gained.
Olly recently told The Sun: "I’m 37 years of age and this is the best I’ve ever looked. I’ve never had a body like this in my life. Amelia really inspired me to make my body the best it can be."
