90 Day Fiancé: Zied Hakimi Launches New Bodybuilding Fitness Journey – Screen Rant

After sharing a buff gym selfie, 90 Day Fiancé star Zied tells fans about his passion for working out, and asks for their help on his fitness journey.
Recently, 90 Day Fiancé star Zied Hakimi revealed he’s taken a new interest in bodybuilding, and he seems ready to share his fitness journey with fans. Zied gained franchise fame on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, which featured his relationship with American woman Rebecca Parrott. Though viewers doubted the couple, owing to their significant age gap and Rebecca’s overuse of photo filters, the pair proved their love for each other. Zied and Rebecca married on 90 Day Fiancé season 8 and have stayed together ever since. After Zied received his Green Card, he started working at a furniture store, and now he’s pursuing a new interest.
Zied recently shared a new gym selfie in his Instagram stories and followed it up with a message to fans about his desire to start working out more seriously. “Hi guys I want to start bodybuilding fitness,” he commented, adding, “can you help me for [sic] a good program and fast lol thank you my friends.” Though he’s clearly interested in fitness, it seems the 90 Day Fiancé star wasn’t quite sure how to start. It was a smart choice reaching out to fans, because Zied is very well-liked in the franchise, so his followers were eager to respond with advice and helpful tips for the Tunisian franchise star.

It seems that 90 Day Fiancé fans flooded Zied’s DMs with loads of great information that proved to be very helpful to him. In another Instagram story Zied thanked all the followers who sent him advice about “coaches and gyms,” adding that he has already reached out to some of the coaches who are helping to set him on the right track. “Thanks my friends, all of you amazing peoples,” Zied wrote to his followers, while also apologizing for not being able to respond to all of them. “I was busy at work,” he said, “You know I work soo much work.” However, from the outpour of support and help from his followers, it’s clear that Zied is a fan favorite.
It’s not uncommon for foreign cast members to experience a lot of changes to their lifestyle once they move to the United States, including their diets. Weight gain is something that many cast members have complained about, including Julia Trubkina and Natalie Mordovtseva. Perhaps Zied feels similarly and is looking to make some changes in his life and prioritize his health. However, his wife Rebecca has shown jealous tendencies in the past, and Zied’s new fitness kick might not sit well with her. Zied’s new workout plan and changing body could trigger that jealousy and cause problems in their marriage. However, Zied has never shown Rebecca anything other than love and devotion, so hopefully she will be supportive of his new interest in fitness rather than feel threatened.
After seeing themselves on-screen, many 90 Day Fiancé stars feel self-conscious about their appearance and take steps to change it, whether that be Botox, weight loss surgery, or a new workout plan. Zied is one of many cast members to take to the gym in search of a new physique. It seems he already has the full support of 90 Day Fiancé fans, who are more than happy to help him along his fitness journey.
